Cancellation Policy

Modifying or Cancelling Your Existing Appointment 

Procedure appointments and consultations/follow-up appointments require a nonrefundable $50 booking fee and filler appointments require a nonrefundable $100 booking fee. Booking fees will be deducted from your treatment/visit total if the appointment is attended. If you miss the appointment or cancel, the booking fee WILL NOT be refunded. If you need to cancel the appointment/procedure, please call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

All packages and services are non refundable. Pre paid services are valid for 90 days unless prior authorization has been made in writing.
